Returns & Refunds Policy for Weight Loss Wardrobe

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy or change your mind, we will gladly accept returns.

 

Free postage will be offered when:

• You email us at contact@weightlosswardrobe.com within 14 days of your delivery date. 

• A postage label will be emailed to you to attach to the packaging.

• You then have 14 days once you have the label to return the item.

Free Postage will not be offered when:

• You are informing us after 14 days of your delivery date.

• You return the item after 14 days of receiving the free postage label (price of the postage will be deducted from your refund).

• You return the item yourself within 28 days of your delivery date (proof of postage will be required)

Refunds will be given when:

• We receive the return by day 28 after your delivery date.

• Items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached and not tampered with.

• Items are faulty (all items are checked prior to despatch)

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

 

Refunds will not be given when:

• No proof of postage is shown upon request.

• We do not receive the return by day 28 after your delivery date. 

• Items have been washed, altered, marked or damaged in any way.

• Items are returned without prior notice or sent unsolicited to the company's registered office address.
